<P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/u2/news.jhtml">U2</a> singer Bono was already an obscenely wealthy man before Friday's (May 18) <a href="/news/articles/1685335/facebook-ipo-diary.jhtml">Facebook IPO</a>
. But thanks to the 2.3 percent stake in the social networking site held by his Elevation Partners investment group (it is unknown how much of the Facebook take is directly held by Bono) it was reported that his nest egg could grow exponentially when Friday's first day of trading on the company's stock is over. The total haul? More than <a href="/news/articles/1685361/bono-facebook-stake-richest-rocker.jhtml">$1.5 billion</a>
, which is not bad for a day's work.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="The Diary Of Facebook" id="id:1661009" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>If those figures are true, he may become the richest rock star on Earth, sitting on a massive pile of green that could allow a man who already had the world at his fingertips to push into a rarified stratosphere that's the envy of the many one-percenters he already counts as friends. According to <a href="http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/bonos-investment-firm-may-make-1-5-billion-in-facebook-ipo-20120518" target="_blank"><I>Rolling Stone</I></a> the singer, who cannot sell all his shares at once, has pledged to use much of the money raised from his investments to aid charity work in Africa.</P><P>Bono addressed the rumors of his (alleged) impending money bomb while speaking to MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell on Friday morning. "Contrary to reports, I'm not a billionaire or going to be richer than any Beatle -- and not just in the sense of money, by the way; the Beatles are untouchable -- those billionaire reports are a joke," he said. "In Elevation, we invest other people's money -- endowments, pension funds. We do get paid, of course. But, you know, I felt rich when I was 20 years old and my wife was paying my bills. Just being in a band, I've always felt blessed. I got interested in technology because I'm an artist, I'm interested in the forces that shape the world, politics, religion, the stuff we've been talking about today. Technology is huge, I wanted to learn about it. People might say that's odd, but I think it's odd if artists aren't interested in the world around them. I'm always chasing that. Facebook are an amazing team, a brilliant team. It's a technology that brings people together."</P><P>But if one person were to obtain that windfall, what could $1.5 billion buy you? We broke it down, by-the-numbers:</P><P><B>6.9 million</B> Famous for his signature Bulgari shades, if Bono were to get his hands on the full stash, he could hit the <a href="http://shopping.yahoo.com/842590951-8025-u2-bono-97013-sunglasses-size-133mm-ivory/" target="_blank">Amazon.com marketplace</a> and get nearly seven million pair for cheap at $215.77 a piece.</P><P><B>12.5</B> The giant claw stage that U2 schlepped around the world for their record-setting 360 Tour was insanely expensive. With each of the three structures they built coming in at $40 million a piece, Bono could build nine more with the Facebook loot.</P><P><B>300,000</B> Speaking U2 tours, on their famous 1992 Zoo TV outing, one of the highlights were the blinged-out Trabant cars that were hung from the lighting rigs. The famously low-budget East German cars were never expensive, but if Bono were ever thinking of expanding his car collection, he could snatch up <a href="http://www.ooyyo.com/used-cars/trabant-601/germany" target="_blank">more than 300,000</a> 1989 models for the money.</P><P><B>39.4 million</B>: In the recent documentary, "From the Sky Down," U2 basically admitted that they'd gotten a bit full of themselves by the time their 1988 ode to Americana, <I>Rattle and Hum</I>, was released. If Bono is feeling especially embarrassed about all the cowboy hats and blues discovery of that era, he could try to wipe out some trace of it by buying nearly 40 million Blu-Ray copies of the <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Rattle-Hum-Blu-ray/dp/B000RGUNHW/ref=tmm_blu_title_0" target="_blank">DVD from Amazon</a>.</p>

Andy Samberg and his co-stars present the clip during Sneak Peek Week, leading up to this Sunday's MTV Movie Awards.

Are you ready for the raunchiest, most inappropriate-yet-hilarious father/son comedy of the year? Adam Sandler and Andy Samberg are hoping so with Sandler's first-ever R-rated comedy, "That's My Boy."
MTV News premiered the film as part of our second annual Sneak Peek Week ahead of the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, and a slew of the film's stars were on hand to help present an exclusive clip to the lucky audience: Samberg, Vanilla Ice, Will Forte, Ciara, Milo Ventimiglia and Eva Amurri.
The film revolves around deadbeat dad Donny (Sandler), who got his teacher pregnant when he was just a teenager and raised his son Han Solo Berger (Samberg) as a single parent until Han turned 18. After a financial mishap, Donny reappears in Han's life on the eve of his wedding. As Donny tries desperately to reconnect with his son, who has changed his name to Todd, Donny must face the consequences of his terrible parenting.
The clip provides the background — or an explanation of sorts — for how teenage Donny ended up sleeping with his teacher. In a nutshell, the teacher started it. We see teenage Donny (Justin Weaver) sitting in what appears to be detention for writing an inappropriate note about his teacher (Amurri), who asks if he has a crush on her. Donny looks visibly uncomfortable with the question, particularly after she says, "So, you don't want me?" and takes her hair out of a ponytail and twirls it around her fingers.
"No!" says Donny. "Yeah? I don't know what I'm supposed to say right now!"
"Is that gum in your mouth, Donny?" she asks, putting her hand in front of Donny's mouth so he can spit the gum out, which naughty teacher puts into her mouth and begins to chew.
As is the case with many a Sandler comedy, the scene is both funny and gross at the same time.
If you enjoyed the clip, don't miss the rest of our Sneak Peek Week action with stars from "Magic Mike" and "Rock of Ages," all leading up to the 21st annual MTV Movie Awards live on Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET.
Head over to MovieAwards.MTV.com to vote for your favorite flicks now! The 21st annual MTV Movie Awards air live this Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET.

Rolling Stones, Black Keys make strong debuts on next week's top 200.
By Gil Kaufman
<P>You'd think that the fourth <b>"Glee"</b> album within seven months would burn out the audience for Fox's runaway high school musical show. But you'd be wrong. The peppy covers juggernaut will continue its reign of chart terror next week when <a href="/news/articles/1637674/lady-gaga-beck-featured-on-next-glee-soundtrack.jhtml"><I>Glee: The Music, Volume 3 Showstoppers</I></a> will easily take the #1 slot thanks to sales of 136,000, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan.</P><P>The disc — featuring covers of songs by the Beatles, All-American Rejects, Christina Aguilera, Bonnie Tyler and U2 — is the second #1 "Glee" record in a row after last month's <I>The Power of Madonna</I> disc. Coming in at #2 was the reissue of the <b>Rolling Stones</b>' landmark <a href="http://newsroom.mtv.com/2010/05/18/rolling-stones-albums-better-than-exile-on-main-st/"><I>Exile on Main St.</I></a> album, which sold more than 76,000 copies.</P><P>Just behind, with the best chart debut of their career, are Ohio blues duo the <a href="http://newsroom.mtv.com/2010/04/30/the-black-keys-next-girl-video/"><b>Black Keys</b>, whose <I>Brothers</I></a> moved more than 73,000 copies for a #3 bid, besting a solid debut at #5 by <a href="/news/articles/1639418/nas-working-on-new-lp-helped-him-through-personal-drama.jhtml"><b>Nas</b> and <b>Damian Marley</b>'s collaboration <I>Distant Relatives</I></a> (57,000). (The <i>Billboard</i> 200 chart now includes older catalog albums like <i>Exile</i>; in the current albums chart, the Keys are at #2.) Also breaking into the top 10 with a career best are <b>Band of Horses</b>, whose major-label debut, <I>Infinite Arms,</I> gave the tattoos and tumbleweeds rockers a solid #7 berth on sales of 45,000. The final debut in the top 10, at #10, is the second effort from indie-dance punks <b>LCD Soundsystem</b>, <I>This Is Happening,</I> which moved 31,000 copies.</P><P>The rest of the top 10: <b>Justin Bieber</b>'s <I>My World 2.0</I> (#4, 62,000), <b>Lady Antebellum</b>'s <I>Need You Now</I> (#6, 46,000), <b>Usher</b>'s <I>Raymond v. Raymond</I> (#8, 40,000) and AC/DC's "Iron Man 2" soundtrack (#9, 32,000).</P><P><b>The National</b>'s stay the top was short-lived, as their latest, <I>High Violet,</I> falls 12 spots in week two to #15 (22,000). Meanwhile, the long-anticipated full-length debut of R&B freakazoid <b>Janelle Monae</b>, <I>The Archandroid,</I> hits #17 (21,000), followed by the return of <a href="/news/articles/1640005/reflection-eternal-call-midnight-hour-clip-conceptual.jhtml">Talib Kweli and DJ Hi-Tek's <b>Reflection Eternal</b></a>, <I>Revolutions Per Minute</I> (#18, 21,000). The second album from Jack White's <b>Dead Weather</b> also had a brief sojourn near the top, as <I>Sea of Cowards</I> shed 72 percent of its business in week two, plunging 25 spots to #30 (13,000).</P><P>A rarities comp of the Stones' <i>Exile</i> also comes in at #27, selling nearly 15,000 copies.</P><P>Look for more shake-ups at the top next week when new albums from the reunited <b>Stone Temple Pilots</b>, rapper <b>Cam'ron</b> and the latest from <b>Jack Johnson</b> hit shelves.</p>

Couples who drink together...get paid together. And we aint mad at that. Mission Impossible 4 actress Paula Patton and her singer hubby & "Duets" star Robin Thicke are starring in RÉMY MARTIN® V.S.O.P cognac's first U.S. television ad. We've got the sex exuding couple getting their romance on...inside a bottle...

Launching on June 4, 2012, Rémy Martin will show viewers how 'Things Are Getting Interesting'. For the first time, the sexy power couple are collaborating on an ad campaign together. And it's the perfect fit for the V.S.O.P company as they tapped the seductive twosome for this particular cognac's first ever television campaign in the United States.
The commercial was shot in three locations around downtown Los Angeles--the LA Theatre, the Belasco Club and ended at the Bradbury Building.
The clip begins as Robin, with two glasses of Rémy Martin V.S.O.P in hand, spots the beautiful Paula. She proceeds to evade his advances as he follows her through unexpected scenarios within a fantastical, ornate mansion, chasing her from floor to floor. Robin finally catches up with Paula on the rooftop and hands her a glass. As the camera pans out, the story is revealed to have occurred within a Rémy Martin V.S.O.P bottle in the middle of a moonlit city night.
About the campaign, both Robin & Paula stated in a press release:
“Rémy Martin is the epitome of glamour and luxury to me,” said Patton. “I’m honored to tell this elegant and seductive story for Rémy Martin and spend time collaborating with my husband, while celebrating a brand I’ve always admired.”
“To be a part of the first ever Rémy Martin TV campaign is an extremely unique and humbling opportunity,” said Thicke. “I feel especially lucky to have the chance to work together with Paula and express the connection and love that we have for each other on set. We are excited to work with such an iconic brand, and look forward to more interesting moments with Rémy Martin this year.”
Check out the full 60 second spot below, shot by famed French director Sebastien Grousset, premiering next month:

The duo sat down with MTV News in Berlin to discuss a pair of unlikely collaborations.
By James Montgomery
<P>Theirs is a relationship that has spanned time and Twitter, <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/keshasuxx/status/77286418598211584" target="_blank">seafood</a> and <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/keshasuxx/status/157523381602889728" target="_blank">shaving</a>, but over the years, the unlikely bond between the <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/black_keys/artist.jhtml">Black Keys</a> and <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/id_3213641/artist.jhtml">Ke$ha</a> has grown to become something <i>more</i>: a genuine friendship, marked with the occasional trespassing charge.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Would The Black Keys Ever Collaborate With Ke$ha?" id="vid:731631.id:1678505" width="240" height="211"></div><p></P><P>"We're friends with her, we've known her since way before she was famous, before she was even a singer, I guess," Keys drummer Patrick Carney told MTV News. "When she was 16 years old, she used to sneak into our shows. We kind of became friends with her by kicking her out of our backstage room, over and over again. She actually has snuck into shows in L.A., San Diego, Coachella ..."</P><P>"She snuck in and [got] kicked out of one show, like, <i>five</i> times," frontman Dan Auerbach added. "[She] snuck in through the kitchen. I don't know if she's such a big fan; she just likes breaking the rules."</P><P>So, when MTV News sat down with the 'Keys in Berlin during the premiere of their <a href="/news/articles/1678662/black-keys-gold-on-the-ceiling-music-video.jhtml">"Gold on the Ceiling"</a> video, we had to ask if their friendship with Ke$ha would take the next step: an actual musical collaboration. It's not all that far-fetched, considering both Ke$h and Auerbach live in Nashville ("I see her every once in a while flying by in her T-Top [convertible]," Auerbach laughed), and recently, the glittery one has logged studio time with <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/keshasuxx/status/160846424609787906" target="_blank">the Flaming Lips</a>. So, could we see a team-up on the next Black Keys album?</P><P>"I guess, I don't know," Carney said. "We don't really do that many collaborations, really."</P><P>OK, so if a Ke$ha collabo isn't in the cards, just who would the 'Keys like to work with next? Well, as it turns out, they've got their eyes set on landing a very big star for the next record ... even if they mistakenly believe he's deceased.</P><P>"We both want to work with Jim Nabors very badly, but apparently he's not with us anymore," Carney said. Oh, <a href="http://www.jimnabors.com/" target="_blank">but he is.</a> Which means that, much like Nabors, the dream is alive. The Ke$ha collabo? Eh, probably not so much.</P><P><i>Should the Black Keys hit the studio with Ke$ha? Leave your comment below!</i></p>

'Thanks to the drummer in the Black Keys [for] calling us the biggest band in the world,' Nickelback tweet.
By James Montgomery
<P>As they proved in their <a href="/news/articles/1674854/nickelback-detroit-lions-funny-or-die.jhtml">"Funny or Die" spoof</a> of that whole Detroit Lions/Thanksgiving fiasco, <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/nickelback/artist.jhtml">Nickelback</a> are not exactly adverse to poking fun at themselves. So it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that they've chosen to respond to <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/black_keys/artist.jhtml">Black Keys</a> drummer Patrick Carney's recent digs with a laugh.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="The Black Keys 'Scrapped' The Original 'Lonely Boys' Video" id="vid:718827" width="240" height="211"></div><p></P><P>In the new issue of <i>Rolling Stone,</i> the Keys kitsman called Chad Kroeger and company <a href="/news/articles/1676785/black-keys-patrick-carney-nickelback.jhtml">"watered-down, post-grunge crap,"</a> adding that "rock and roll is dying because people became OK with Nickelback being the biggest band in the world." On Thursday, the Canadian quartet took to their Twitter account to deflect Carney's criticisms, focusing less on the negative and more on the fact that, well, he <i>did</i> refer to their overall hugeness.</P><P>"Thanks to the drummer in the Black Keys [for] calling us the biggest band in the world in <i>Rolling Stone</i>," the band <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/Nickelback/status/155006310235119618" "target="_blank">wrote</a>, before adding a very snide "Hehe."</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Nickelback Explain New Track 'Bottoms Up'" id="vid:706346" width="240" height="211"></div><p></P><P>That seems to be the extent of the 'Back's response to Carney, who last year <a href="/news/articles/1665300/lady-gaga-black-keys.jhtml">rankled Lady Gaga's fanbase</a> when he compared the Mother Monster to Madonna on his Twitter account. A spokesperson for Nickelback did not respond to MTV News' request for comment on the matter, but we're pretty sure Carney saw their retort, as he's since retweeted it to his 46,000 followers. And just like that, the first great rock feud of 2012 seems to have reached its inevitable conclusion. Don't fret though, there's still some 360 days left in the year. Gabrielle Union kept it sexy on the beach this Memorial Day Holiday weekend with her sister-in-basketball Savannah Brinson. The two ladies were spotted soaking up the sun in their bikinis before cheering on their men at last night's Heat vs. Celtics playoff game.
Check the pics inside...

The seemingly flawless 39-year-old actress Gabby Union threw on her straw hat and teeny bikini to hit Miami Beach yesterday in all her tight and toned glory. She often tweets about her hard core workouts. And clearly they're paying off.
She and LeBron James' fiancee, Savannah, and another friend were spotted hitting the ocean and the sand on Memorial Day or some girly relaxation time.
Savannah's also been tweeting about her pre-wedding workouts as she donned a cute straw hat from Aldo.

Fun!
Gabby, who is filming her new BET show "Being Mary Jane" with writer Mara Brock Akil, is a spokesperson for Neutrogena's skin disease awareness campaign. She recently said about why people should pay attention to discolorations and moles:
'I don’t tan on purpose, but I do a lot of beach workouts. But I go SPF 110.
'As an African-American woman, culturally we have been told that we have natural protection against the sun, but we’re absolutely part of the one in five.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve seen relatives’ moles change shape, and they think, "That’s cute — it’s like Janet Jackson!"
'But it’s not cute — it’s called melanoma.'

She's looking fantastic these days.

Then the Think Like a Man actress was spotted playing supportive girlfriend to Dwyane Wade later yesterday at Game 1 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals at American Airlines Arena. Heat won 93-79.

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey — The "year of 4" continues.
Four months after giving birth to her first child — an arrival announced last August at the MTV VMAs — Beyoncé returned to the stage Saturday night, on the second of a four-night run in this East Coast resort city. And it was a spectacular fitting her rising icon status.
So what kinds of clues get 20somethings calling you "the greatest performer" of your generation? Well, it's in the details. For one, Revel, the sparkling, 6.3-million-square-foot beachfront destination that played host to Beyoncé's comeback, devoted a channel on its guest-room flat-screen TVs solely to B-related content: no weather broadcasts, nary a "Housewife" and no commercial breaks; just videos, all-star performances and more, all through Memorial Day weekend. It was evident in the distance traveled, too, with fans telling MTV News they'd made cross-country pilgrimages, while still others came from as far as Tokyo and South Africa to hail Queen B.
But those are just the hints, peripheral proof. The presence of First Lady Michelle Obama at last night's concert left little doubt that the little girl from Houston, who joined a girl group and then struck out on her own, had seen another benchmark in her relatively young career. After exchanging letters in recent months, with each calling the other a role model for girls, Obama turned up in a sleeveless green sheath waving like royalty from a balcony in Ovation Hall.
A little after 10 p.m., as the pounding opening march from "End of Time" kicked in, Beyoncé appeared in silhouette; the sequins were hard to make out but the wind-blown mane was impossible to miss. Finally, B, stunning in hot pink Stuart Weitzman heels and a beaded body suit, appeared on the massive stage backed by her dancers.
"Atlantic City, snap your fingers," she commanded, launching into "Love on Top." Without missing a step of the New Edition-inspired choreography, B powered through the song's modulations in an extended vocal showcase. Then she took an exaggerated pause, as if to catch her breath (or to bask in the adulation?), before belting out a final coda. The 30-year-old's comeback was officially under way.
Pushing through hits from her debut solo effort, including "Naughty Boy" and the dancehall-infused "Baby Boy," and Sasha Fierce smashes like "Diva," B defied all post-partum laws as she kept pace with Frank Gatson's acrobatic dance style. ("Y'all don't know how hard I had to work. I had to lose 60 pounds!" she laughed to the crowd later. "They had me eating lettuce.") And just as songs like "Single Ladies" and "Run the World (Girls)" are meant to serve as empowerment manuals for women, it became clear last night that Beyoncé's choreography is meant to do the same: a series of sensual quickstep moves that revolve around the hips and legs. It showed in the Fosse-style swing and formations on songs like "Get Me Bodied," and the strut-heavy footwork on "Freakum Dress."
"Sasha Fierce disappeared, but y'all bringing her back," B joked midway through the euphoric two-hour set.
For one of our favorite numbers, "Party," the 4 singer donned full-on showgirl regalia in a heady rendition that saw confetti coming from the roof and dice-shaped beach balls being tossed through the crowd as dancers in large feathered headdresses magically turned up in the aisles.
There were ballads, of course, at Ovation Hall, the more memorable among them a tribute to Whitney Houston and a cover of Lauryn Hill's classic "Ex Factor." And if Beyoncé reminded us of what we've lost in those gut-wrenching covers — she proved, too, that she's more than ready to carry the weight on her shoulders.
